If your skylight arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days. Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged items in original packaging.
We provide free UK delivery on most orders, with next-day dispatch for stock models. Larger or bespoke orders may require additional lead time.
Product Information & Technical Details
For proper drainage, install your skylight between 6° and 45°. This ensures rainwater runs off the glass smoothly and prevents pooling.
Yes. Blinds can be installed after fitting. Keep a minimum distance of 150mm from the glass to avoid heat buildup and stress cracks.
All our rooflights come with a 20-year seal warranty, certified under UKCA and CE standards, provided they are installed as per our guidelines.
Our triple-glazed skylights achieve a U-Value as low as 0.9 W/m²K, offering excellent thermal performance.
