Note: For skylights wider than one metre, the bottom glass pane is thermally toughened to provide enhanced static stability and safety.

Installation Guidelines
For the best results and a long-lasting fit, please follow these professional installation recommendations:
- Dimensions: The top glass pane includes a black border that extends the external size by 200 mm in each direction.
- Opening Preparation: Allow an extra 10 mm internally from upstand to upstand for precise fitting. For example, a 600 x 900 mm skylight should have an opening of 610 x 910 mm.
- Upstand Construction: Build using 2×1 or 2×2 inch timbers for a sturdy, well-supported framework.
- Foam Rope & Sealant: Apply foam rope on the internal support baton to distribute glass weight evenly. Use Dowsil 791 black silicone sealant for a watertight finish. Avoid acrylic sealants, as they are not compatible with this product.
