Installation Guidance

- Dimensions: The top glass pane includes a black border, extending the external dimensions by 200 mm in each direction.
- Opening Preparation: Allow an additional 10 mm internally from upstand to upstand for proper fitting. For example, a 600 x 900 mm unit requires a 610 x 910 mm internal opening.
- Upstand Construction: Construct the upstand (timber frame) using 2×1 or 2×2 inch timbers for stability and support.
- Foam Rope & Sealant: Install foam rope on the internal baton to evenly distribute the glass weight. Use Dowsil 791 black silicone sealant to create a watertight perimeter. Avoid acrylic sealants, which are not compatible with this product.
