Installation Guidelines

- Dimensions: The top glass pane includes a black border, increasing external measurements by 200 mm in each direction.
- Opening Preparation: Allow an additional 10 mm internally from upstand to upstand for a precise fit. For instance, a 600 x 900 mm unit requires a 610 x 910 mm internal opening.
- Upstand Construction: Build using 2×1 or 2×2 inch timbers for a stable and secure base.
- Foam Rope & Sealant: Apply foam rope on the internal supporting baton to balance weight and stress. Use Dowsil 791 black silicone sealant for a watertight seal. Avoid acrylic sealants, which are not compatible with this product.
