Installation Recommendations

- Dimensions: The top glass pane includes a black border, increasing external measurements by 200 mm in each direction.
- Opening Preparation: Allow an additional 10 mm internally from upstand to upstand for correct fitting. For example, a 600 x 900 mm unit should have a 610 x 910 mm internal opening.
- Upstand Construction: Construct the upstand using 2×1 or 2×2 inch timbers for maximum stability.
- Foam Rope & Sealant: Use foam rope atop the internal support baton to balance the glass weight evenly. Apply Dowsil 791 black sealant to achieve a watertight seal. Avoid acrylic sealants, which are not compatible with this product.
