Installation Guidance

- Dimensions: The top glass pane includes a black border extending external measurements by 200 mm in each direction.
- Opening Size: Allow an additional 10 mm internally from upstand to upstand for fitting (e.g. for a 600 x 900 mm unit, create a 610 x 910 mm opening).
- Upstand Construction: Build using 2×1 or 2×2 inch timbers for stability and precision.
- Sealant & Foam Rope: Place foam rope on the internal support baton to distribute weight evenly. Use Dowsil 791 black sealant for a watertight seal. Avoid acrylic sealants as they are not compatible.
